Online Return policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the items, we have a 7 - day return policy, you can return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This only applies to web orders.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Including any free gifts or promotional materials accompanying the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to return?

Pack your items in their original packaging.

Complete the return form that was included with the order and insert it into the package.

You can use any postal service for the return.

Recommended to ask for proof of postage as the parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at the XNOW OUTDOOR warehouse, and mark the parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid being charged any duties.

When will I be refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at xnowinfo@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Faulty or incorrect item received

Exceptions / non - returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We offer store credit or exchange on unworn items within 7 days of purchase on presentation of a receipt. Unless an item is faulty, we do not give refunds. All sale items, exchanges are final.

We offer free return shipping for all returns. This means that you will not be charged for the shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us.

There is a return handling fee of 10% of the item's purchase price. This fee is charged to cover the administrative and processing costs associated with managing your return. The return handling fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Please note that the return handling fee is applicable even if the return shipping is free of charge. We recommend reviewing our return policy carefully before making a purchase decision.
